When Fredricka asked me to write her bio, I jumped at the opportunity.

She has been so instrumental in helping me find my way back to joy and to a truly fulfilling life. That said, I found it a true challenge to keep it short and without tones of my undying gratitude. I've known her for more than 20 years and sought her guidance through numerous events in my life.

She's a straight shooter, always giving honest feedback from a deep desire to make a difference and has an giant, empathetic heart. She's offered guidance, inspiration, acceptance and purpose to thousands over the years. If you have the chance to get to know her, DO. Your life will be better for it. With that, I am just ecstatic to share with you, her story, sprinkled with my gratitude and adoration.

Those who know her, call her Freddi and think of her as a bit of a super-woman. Why? Because she has been able to bounce back from "challenges" in life that would stop most people in their tracks. She is somehow always able to dig deeper, go under, around or through whatever life dishes out. She gets knocked down but staying down is never an option. Feeling stuck, scared or overwhelmed are all challenges she knows well. She has faced them, embraced them and is here to share their lessons-straight from the heart.

Her life's mission is to:

3. Positively impact other would-be "Super Women", teens and girls in all their super-strength and super-glory, on their very own paths to worthiness, joy, love, belief, success, abundance, financial freedom, fulfillment and more...

Raised and adopted by her grandmother, living at poverty level, her childhood was anything but uncomplicated and secure. Along with the love of animals, art, the great outdoors, books and the loving arms of her grandmother was great trauma, heartbreak, loss and feelings of not ever being "smart, pretty, thin, good... enough", "wanted" or "worthy".

She will openly tell you, those feelings came early and ran deep. The only "Daddy"(Grandfather) she ever knew died when she was just 6. Serious health, financial and family challenges growing up, broke pieces of her heart and soul, leaving her believing they might never be put back together. Further disappointments, set-backs, and challenges led Freddi to more than a few poor choices in her earlier years but her deepest longing to find purpose and her desires of wanting "more", "being more" and "doing better", set her on the path of wellness and self-discovery, both personally and professionally.

What happens between 3 and 8 years old is often most responsible for our deepest beliefs and what we believe is what we create. It's in our subconscious and stronger than most of us recognize. Working with Freddi, you will discover your deepest beliefs, strengths, fears, purpose and resilient nature. She will challenge you with actionable steps, to finally recognize, reframe, release and embrace what's possible.

Against many odds, she developed her ability to "Bounce-Back" from ANYTHING, to Breakthrough and Overcome circumstances.

"Feel the fear" and do it anyway became her mantra.

Freddi's insatiable personal need to learn more, be more, impact more, and find her personal best, has led her to the most fulfilling and abundant life ever... One filled with faith, love, family, true friends, world travel, success as she chooses it to be and her truest purpose; inspiring others do the same. Freddi's personal journey is far from over.

She doesn't just talk the talk but she walks the walk, right there with you.

For more than 30 years she has been purposely on what she calls her "wonderful, never ending journey". She's been mastering skills with so many of the greatest educators, thought leaders and experts. created multiple successful businesses, delivered countless motivational talks, workshops, retreats, one-on-one and group sessions offering business consulting, breakthrough and transformational strategies, skills for change, healing, MT, NLP, EFT, life Coaching, Wellness, Communication, Time Management, Vision Board Mastery, Mindfulness and more. Not only that, she has built a thriving Wellness Center/Day Spa that's voted best year after year. She's married now, but she grew her businesses, herself and countless others while care-taking her mother in her 90's, being a single-mom to an amazing little girl with auto-immune issues and homeschooling her through 8th grade. Bet you can see where the "Super Woman" nickname comes from.
